Life with the Noble Qur’an brings peace of mind to the soul, and revives the withered soul through the overflowing springs of the Qur’an with all the meanings of warmth, friendliness, and comfort. There is no doubt that the heart increases in faith, and its pulse sparkles; Reciting it is a purely devotional act of God - the Most High - and it builds solid bridges to the afterlife.[1] Therefore, teaching the Holy Qur’an in circles to students in the early stages was basically, and based no less important than memorization, understanding, and others; Which means the necessity of displaying the etiquette of the Noble Qur’an, and accustoming children to its love and longing for it.[1] The refining of the Noble Qur’an has two essential aspects, which are:[2] Theoretical aspect This aspect is concerned with knowing the rulings of the science of Tajweed and its rules, then understanding them adequately, and memorizing them perfectly; Because it is the main basis in the practical aspect. The practical aspect: This aspect is concerned with the full application of the rules and intonation rules. By receiving, listening and verbally, from the mouths of the knowledgeable scholars, its rulings, rules, and its recitation and its clarification. It has been stated that learning this aspect is obligatory for every Muslim who is able to apply it and recite it perfectly, and this is evidenced by the saying of the Most High:(And recite the Qur’an with a recitation),[3] and His saying - the Most High:: (Those to whom We have given the Book, they recite it with the right of recitation of it.
